Clubhouse Amenities
Consistent with its other facilities, the Highland Pointe clubhouse is an outstanding asset to our community. It offers a large area to accommodate neighborhood get-togethers and private parties. The clubhouse has two levels comprised of the following:
The upstairs portion can be rented by HPHOA and HPRA members for a private party, wedding, reception, etc. The downstairs gym, sauna, and bathrooms are available for HPRA residents to use anytime the clubhouse is open and can be accessed with their HPRA access keycard between the hours of 5am and 11pm.
Note that the Highland Pointe clubhouse can only be rented by HPHOA or HPRA members for their own events. An HPRA member or HOA member is not allowed to rent the clubhouse on behalf of anyone else. Other restrictions may apply. If you plan on renting the clubhouse for a private event, be sure to carefully review and understand the forms page.
